Millennium Restaurant Group was formed by a group of restaurateurs from the Kalamazoo, Michigan area. In creating MRG, the managing partners pooled as many resources, talent, and experienced personnel as possible to collaborate and enhance the existing businesses at The Black Swan, Epic Bistro, and The Union Cabaret and Grille, and the newest MRG location, Fieldstone Grill.

The integrity of each Millennium Restaurant location stands alone, with its own concept, menu, identity and reputation. Each is a complete-service dining environment, with a full bar and creative kitchen.
